An old notebook discovered in our family archives became the starting point of our journey. It belonged to our great-grandfather and was filled with handwritten recipes, notes on herbs, and rare botanicals from South Tyrol.
Inspired by his legacy, we brought his ideas to life.

Bin normalerweise kein großer Gin-Trinker, aber Ginius hat mich wirklich überrascht. Angenehm weich, erfrischend und perfekt für einen Gin Tonic. Werde ich definitiv wieder kaufen.
Sehr leckerer Gin mit einer tollen Kombination aus frischen und floralen Aromen. Die Rose und Minze kommen angenehm zur Geltung, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Außerdem ein echtes Highlight in jeder Hausbar – geschmacklich und optisch. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Gin davvero ottimo, dal gusto fresco ed equilibrato. Si percepiscono bene le note di limone e menta, molto piacevoli. Anche la spedizione è stata perfetta: consegna veloce e bottiglia arrivata in condizioni impeccabili. Consigliatissimo!

We’ve always been gin enthusiasts, collecting bottles and exploring flavors from around the world. One day, while cleaning out our mother’s old house, we discovered our great-grandfather’s diary — filled with handwritten recipes for spirits from his small village shop.
Inspired by his work, we began experimenting and refining those recipes until Ginius Gin was born — a modern creation rooted in family history, passion, and craftsmanship.
